Pirate Owes Nintendo 1.5 Million Dollars
Tom Hopkins 15:03, Tuesday 9 February 2010

Nintendo have won a court case against an Australian man that made Super Mario Bros. Wii available online
James Burt was convicted of uploading the game to the internet and has been ordered to pay the company AUD$1.5 million (£835,000/USD$1.3 million), "to compensate Nintendo for the loss of sales revenue caused by the individual's actions."
“James Burt was convicted of uploading the game to the internet”
