Iwata: New Zelda Game By End Of 2010

Nintendo boss Satoru Iwata has told Japanese newspaper the Asahi Shimbun that the new Zelda outing on Wii will arrive this year
The game has been the source of plenty of speculation since the above teaser image was released at E3 2009.
Since then Zelda producer Eiji Anouma has hinted plenty at his ideas for the franchise, as well as the reason for certain elements appearing in DS spin-off Spirit Tracks.

It could well be that the game will only be out in Japan during the next 359 days of the year, but we've waited longer than that for previous Zelda titles...
